
Our Maroubra bootcamp sessions are held at the scenic Arthur Byrne Reserve, just steps away from the beach. Join us Monday-Friday at 6:00am and 7am for a high-energy outdoor workout that’s suitable for all fitness levels.
Expect a mix of strength training, cardio, core work, and functional movements — all led by experienced coaches who keep things fun and challenging.
Free parking is available nearby, and the ocean breeze makes this one of the best places to start your day strong.
